They are well prepared when it comes to meetings and really includes everyone in what is going on even if they are not apart of the project.
They give employees freedom to work on their own terms. They're very flexible about timing and free time and communication is top notch!

They put a lot of thoughtfulness into everything they do -- from offsite retreats to attending growth and development conferences, etc. They are also very understanding that we are all people who have needs outside of work. The liberal work-from-anywhere policy demonstrates trust and autonomy.
They trust everyone to do their job and own their own responsibilities. Being given such respect, empowerment and ownership really encourages each person to act like a business owner in their own position and encourages everyone to take a lot of pride in what they do.
The founders are intelligent, driven, and compassionate. They come at decisions from different points of view but operate as a unit toward larger goals. This combination gives employees direction laden with confidence and focus that enables success and agency in our individual roles.
