I work remotely, and I believe the company has been more than generous with money. Especially for a newer company trying to keep overhead and expenses low.

They give me direction, freedom and also responsibility on important tasks and projects.
Since I'm remote, we do things mostly via Google Drive and phone calls. Everyone is very flexible and respectful of the three-hour time difference.

Everyone is cool. It's professional but not stuffy and no one speaks in dumb business or marketing jargon. (Corporate jargon is one of my biggest pet peeves.)

I liked that it was more of a trial than a stuffy interview. This process helped make sure it was a good fit on BOTH sides.
I like that it was a true trial. We had to feel each other out to make sure it was a good fit on both sides. It wasn't just about looking at words on a resume and making the call. It was a hands-on process.
I had the opportunity to speak to the CEO.
Meeting the whole team, hands on experience, learning the entire process.
