Fun + flexible. It's cool to be a part of a fashion brand that's actually solving real problems.

At work, I was given a breadth of different projects spanning into all different fields of running the business.

Great team, great environment, can work in office or remote.

Bottom line. It's a wonderful place to work.

Lack of layers. Communication is clear. No ego.

They are well prepared when it comes to meetings and really includes everyone in what is going on even if they are not apart of the project.

They give employees freedom to work on their own terms. They're very flexible about timing and free time and communication is top notch!

Such a warm and welcoming ambience. Everyone truly supported my growth within the company.

So kind, hard working, flexible, and really want their employees to be happy and for the company and the employee to be a good fit for each other.

I work remotely, and I believe the company has been more than generous with money. Especially for a newer company trying to keep overhead and expenses low.

We have a vacation policy that allows us all to work from anywhere without the stigma of not being in the office for facetime.

Since I'm remote, we do things mostly via Google Drive and phone calls. Everyone is very flexible and respectful of the three-hour time difference.

They let me work remotely, but I still feel very connected to the team.

Everyone is cool. It's professional but not stuffy and no one speaks in dumb business or marketing jargon. (Corporate jargon is one of my biggest pet peeves.)

Everyone supports each other inside and outside of work. A small team makes for a tight knit community.

I liked that it was more of a trial than a stuffy interview. This process helped make sure it was a good fit on BOTH sides.

I like that it was a true trial. We had to feel each other out to make sure it was a good fit on both sides. It wasn't just about looking at words on a resume and making the call. It was a hands-on process.

It is focused a lot more on cultural fit than on grilling about particular skills or experiences.

The people are wonderful and genuinely like where they work. There's no passive-aggressiveness, and no one is catty. So, to sum it up, the people make me the happiest.
