An absolute horrible place to work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company environment is a good old boy's network.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have told them many times where improvements could be made but I have been ignored because it was critical of management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They talk a good game but never back it up. They ignore the ideas and efforts of people doing the day to day work that makes them look good.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team does not meet their deadlines but are never held accountable for their actions. They sit around and gossip all day long which distracts those of us that actually do work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am expected to work 60 hours a week constantly. No one in the team is held accountable for their actions or lack of producing any useful information. Management makes the situation worse by not seriously listening to ideas on how to be more efficient because the idea was not their own.
