Started out loving my job until I realized there was no communication between management and employees. Other employees that do not want employees from other departments to take seniority over them will sabatoge the rival employee at the cost of the company product. Very toxic place to work.

By not taking away bonuses and giving it all to management

Mismanagement is the problem. It can be fixed by the board of directors taking the time to investigate the problem and fixing it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Complete change of management. Restructuring. Hire more workers instead of working current employees to extreme amount of hours because it’s cheaper than paying health insurance on new employees. Management waste more money unnecessarily due to inefficient and ineffective decision makin
