What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new leadership collaborates and communicates effectively with all employees. Culture is high performance.
No issue is too much to ask and they are super helpful
Can be supportive, will make time to speak with you usually.
Approachable and have time to truley listen to you.
I think the leadership are really smart, engaging and diverse. I love how accessible they are and that they are finding ways to hear what employees are saying through engagement surveys and suggestion boxes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
New team. Always changing. Good communication. Poor execution.
Start by not promising a promotion then firing the woman after she announces her pregnancy by taking advantage of the 2 year UK employment law of being able to do so. Stop with the micro aggresions, public humiliation and invest in some training of employees. Also your IPO was a joke
organizing, bringing sales tools, assigning territories, book of business
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair base pay, lots of opportunity for bonus.
Quarterly bonuses help boost base salary
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is well below standard. Benefits are weak
being paid like the rest of software companies
Industry level base salaries (not 27k when other companies pay 100k)
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all here to help our customers.
The people are talented and inspiring - everyone is eager to help one another and it makes for a brilliant atmosphere and culture.
Dynamic and able to bounce ideas of each other. The team are extremely bright and helpful willing to go the extra mile
My team are great guys. Technically able and easy to connect with. We always have a laugh and are there to support eachother.
They are fun to be around, everyone is super driven and wants the best for the business and those around them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hire great talent and for the love of Christ at least have a mix between industry experienced people and grads
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The relationships with colleagues within your home office and around the work is so positive. Everyone is so genuinely helpful and friendly and a true pleasure to work with.
Employees are down to earth and willing to help, contributing and sharing ideas daily
The business is growing and there are lots of opportunities to learn and take on more responsibility

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Invest in some leadership and soft skills training for everyone to emotionally mature
What did you like most about the interview process?
Speed in the interview process, good transparency throughout.
The interviewers were open and friendly. The process was quick.
It was quite a relaxed interview and i was made to feel relaxed so i could give the best version of myself

Engage a broader set of diverse geoups to provide a well rounded view of the candidites.
Focus on emotional intelligence questions instead of hiring lad culture people

Helping protect customers from cyber attacks.
Culture of team first- takinf care of the customer and workinf collaboratively to build a foundation dor aucwss.
It makes me happy to work at a company where I feel valued and acknowledged for what I do. Interactions with colleagues are enjoyable and I look forward to working with such brilliant people each day.
