I think the leadership are really smart, engaging and diverse. I love how accessible they are and that they are finding ways to hear what employees are saying through engagement surveys and suggestion boxes.
They have amazing vision and they execute it well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
New team. Always changing. Good communication. Poor execution.
Start by not promising a promotion then firing the woman after she announces her pregnancy by taking advantage of the 2 year UK employment law of being able to do so. Stop with the micro aggresions, public humiliation and invest in some training of employees. Also your IPO was a joke
