Start by not promising a promotion then firing the woman after she announces her pregnancy by taking advantage of the 2 year UK employment law of being able to do so. Stop with the micro aggresions, public humiliation and invest in some training of employees. Also your IPO was a joke

Pay is well below standard. Benefits are weak
being paid like the rest of software companies
Industry level base salaries (not 27k when other companies pay 100k)
Hire great talent and for the love of Christ at least have a mix between industry experienced people and grads
Invest in some leadership and soft skills training for everyone to emotionally mature
Engage a broader set of diverse geoups to provide a well rounded view of the candidites.
Focus on emotional intelligence questions instead of hiring lad culture people
Change all internal processes to reflect today's technological advancements
