Salary is above market, probably cause they cant retain good employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Dassault Systemes had share options for other geos but specifically excluded the employees in Africa, India and the UK. The management team communicated an inflationary bonus for the whole company but Africa and Latam were excluded.
