What does the leadership team need to get better at?
French leadership tailors all perks for the french employees despite the fact the usa is responsible for the majority of their profits. Salary is competitive but the work culture is only as good or bad as your dept manager.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is above market, probably cause they cant retain good employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dassault Systemes had share options for other geos but specifically excluded the employees in Africa, India and the UK. The management team communicated an inflationary bonus for the whole company but Africa and Latam were excluded.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to hire younger employees en mass. The office feels like a nursing home. With most employees just trying to get to retirement, their interests are not aligned with the company or younger employees.
