What is the best part about your compensation package?

The PTO is very good and insurance is paid in full for individuals and families

great compensation and stellar benefits package.

If you got in early the stock options are fantastic and have potential to a large asset once the company goes to IPO. The benefits are great, health insurance, mental health support services, and fertility support.

My Equity Package, Healthcare benefits, and additional comp makes me work that much harder, as well as keep me going on occasional bad days where I might reconsider my future.
