What do you like best about the leadership team?
great communication from the executive team. frequent updates and very clear.
I like that my Senior Leadership are generally approachable despite many middle management individuals sat in-between.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having a goal and sticking to it

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO is very good and insurance is paid in full for individuals and families
great compensation and stellar benefits package.
If you got in early the stock options are fantastic and have potential to a large asset once the company goes to IPO. The benefits are great, health insurance, mental health support services, and fertility support.
My Equity Package, Healthcare benefits, and additional comp makes me work that much harder, as well as keep me going on occasional bad days where I might reconsider my future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sales incentive plan is unachievable because there is no support on the content side

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
While there are great people here there is no culture or comraderie. It's difficult to feel like you're apart of a community when there is no emphasis on togetherness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Paid benefits, salary, stock options
The company definitely tries to maintain a positive atmosphere, however, this is different on a team by team basis depending on the level of success there is.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR person kept me informed where I was in the process
3 step process of screening and 2 interviews with a presentation. Unlike other companies, it did not feel like I was interviewing for CEO.
