I only asked for respect and more civil way of communication there, but received none. After being subjected to exclusion, stalking, double standards, info hiding, denegration, dismissing, ugly looks etc. I was the one being punished and finally resigned while the abusers are still there.

It can be improved if coworkers do not change the settings of the project secretly and blame the migration for it.

1. Start with being respectful and fair. 2. Stop gaslighting. 3. Don't take on the responsibilities if you cannot make time to to get involved closely 4. Punish the abusers, not the victim

1. Stop assigning your tickets to your coworker as if it was your God given rights. 2. Stop being patronizing and condescending 3. Stop using double standards 4. Stop using flatter and submission as your survival skill. 5. Respect others' space - get your filthy hands off your coworker!
