1. Start with being respectful and fair. 2. Stop gaslighting. 3. Don't take on the responsibilities if you cannot make time to to get involved closely 4. Punish the abusers, not the victim

1. Stop assigning your tickets to your coworker as if it was your God given rights. 2. Stop being patronizing and condescending 3. Stop using double standards 4. Stop using flatter and submission as your survival skill. 5. Respect others' space - get your filthy hands off your coworker!
