My experience is mostly positive.

Daugherty is doing it right. Not only working on their diversity and inclusion, they're working on their overall culture - even in times of COVID when everyone is working from home! They want you, individually YOU, to be happy. This is a leader in this industry that needs to be recognized.

The company is a great company for someone who wants to learn about being an all around useful consultant If there are areas of the IT world that you are wanting to learn. It's a very good company with home/life balance.

I have had an amazing opportunity to learn, grow, and learn what goes into running a business like this. I'm encouraged to do challenging things, and take on roles that I'm not necessarily qualified for, but have the support and confidence from my leaders that I an achieve success for the company.

Leadership genuinely cares about supporting career growth.

Seem to care about the well-being of employes.

They seem to truly care. I've not been here long, but everyone from the lowliest project person to the executive managers truly care about your experience here and how happy you are with everything. That's a pretty amazing feel.

I'm not sure yet as I'm a new employee and I've not had the chance to get to use them yet.

That as a consultant you are paid even when you're between billable assignments.

Fair and equitable. Achievable bonus incentive.

The all seem very kind and supportive as well as knowledgeable.

Everyone is empowered to solve day-to-day problems. Collaboration is usually there, but could be more widely accepted; still some "heroes" around. The mutual support is off the charts; everyone helps each other and wants others to learn.

They need to have the courage to give the CEO some honest feedback about the quality of his leadership.

We would work better together if there was more intellectual honesty around how the CEO's leadership is a dark cloud on our road to innovation. Transformation begins with leadership & their willingness to change, & my coworkers are satisfied with Daugherty's low/mid tier status in the marketplace.

Active support for career planning and goals.

The Daugherty way seems to be that they include everyone no matter who you are. If you're with Daugherty then you're with foamily is kind of the feeing you get.

There is a learning and supportive mentality from across the organization.

I appreciate how fast the process went from 1st interview to offer. The CEO makes most/all decisions in the company, so once he and I had an opportunity to connect there was an offer within 24 hours.

Muliple interviewers so more than one chance to sell yourself.

Being treated as an adult and a person by everyone at the company immediately.

The people that I work with, and their drive to work toward common goals.
