
The all seem very kind and supportive as well as knowledgeable.
Everyone is empowered to solve day-to-day problems. Collaboration is usually there, but could be more widely accepted; still some "heroes" around. The mutual support is off the charts; everyone helps each other and wants others to learn.
They need to have the courage to give the CEO some honest feedback about the quality of his leadership.
We would work better together if there was more intellectual honesty around how the CEO's leadership is a dark cloud on our road to innovation. Transformation begins with leadership & their willingness to change, & my coworkers are satisfied with Daugherty's low/mid tier status in the marketplace.
