They need to have the courage to give the CEO some honest feedback about the quality of his leadership.
I appreciate how fast the process went from 1st interview to offer. The CEO makes most/all decisions in the company, so once he and I had an opportunity to connect there was an offer within 24 hours.

Daugherty is doing it right. Not only working on their diversity and inclusion, they're working on their overall culture - even in times of COVID when everyone is working from home! They want you, individually YOU, to be happy. This is a leader in this industry that needs to be recognized.

What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Daugherty Business Solutions?
You are fully expendable. There’s no loyalty to you as the consultant both in front of the customer nor behind closed doors. If you can be amazing at your job 100% of the time, it’s a great place to work. But I would definitely not go out on any limbs here though. I tried to push the boundaries at the cutting edge of my field, where there are going to be growing pains, and for this my career suffered.
