Speaking with the people i would work with daily to see if energy /vibes are positive and knowing if we would work well together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
CDR are underpaid and undervalued at davenport group. CDR do more work than the AE and get paid far less pay but CDR should get paid on the similar scale as the AE as they cannot do their jobs without CDRs. Increase of base salary and increase of commission.
