What is the best part about your compensation package?

Healthcare is free (HDHP), annual performance evaluation and raises.

The pay is competitive and raises are fair

Insurance is paid by the company. Bonuses are great.

Currently part time hopefully I'll be full time in the near future

The pay,vacation time,and personal days.
