There are a few good people
Family owned company. It's gotten a lot bigger over the years, harder to maintain the family feel, but they definitely try. Not the highest paid, but not the lowest. Vacation a little sub-par -- but all things considered the grass is pretty green.
As a new dayton member with 20 years of professional experience, skilled in 3 different industries, and 5 large competive companys. And dayton is #1 hands down when it comes to management, new hire process, work environment and company morale. It is a pleasure to be part of your team. Thank you!
