Generally responsive. They can't fix what you don't bring up and not everything one person brings up is valid to be fixed.
They are awesome! They make sure you have what you need to complete your work, they check in during the new phase to make sure you are doing ok in your role. They are very professional but also have a very positive upbeat and encouraging attitude. It is very refresing not to be scared of your boss
Every one on the team is down to earth, and no one seems to think so highly of themselves that they think that they are better than anyone else. We work as a unit and everyone has a job to do.

The Service center manager and operations manager were both just awesome and put my nerves at ease with each interview and step of the process.
