What do you like best about the leadership team?
Generally responsive. They can't fix what you don't bring up and not everything one person brings up is valid to be fixed.
They are awesome! They make sure you have what you need to complete your work, they check in during the new phase to make sure you are doing ok in your role. They are very professional but also have a very positive upbeat and encouraging attitude. It is very refresing not to be scared of your boss
Every one on the team is down to earth, and no one seems to think so highly of themselves that they think that they are better than anyone else. We work as a unit and everyone has a job to do.

Understanding, listen to ideas, value feedback (positive and constructive), and they are available and work side by side with you.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare is free (HDHP), annual performance evaluation and raises.
The pay is competitive and raises are fair
Insurance is paid by the company. Bonuses are great.
Currently part time hopefully I'll be full time in the near future

There are a few good people

Nothing we are treated like low class people

It is a fun atmosphere. Everyone genuinely cares about how your weekend was and what's going on in your life. You're a person, not a number.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The Service center manager and operations manager were both just awesome and put my nerves at ease with each interview and step of the process.

They took time to understand me. I instantly knew I wanted to work for the person who interviewed me. I also got a tour of the facility which was nice to get a feel for the environment.

Knowing that there is a huge possibility for advancement within the company. Listening to some of the supervisors talk about how they started on the dock and now our supervisors is very inspiring
