    Have tools that are accurate and that are reliable. Culture and morale will continue to wane if people don't feel that their work matters. Too often I've worked on an account for hours just to have it wiped by some setting Dev forgot about long ago. Slow down and do it right the first time. Your clients have a choice now and you are not the only player in town. Ddc isnt long for the digital advertising world if they cant get it together.
