Our cafe is amazing. The food and the people are the best. It's all local and organic and very vegetarian and gluten free etc friendly. mostly the staff feels like they are part of the team.

There were 2 panel interviews and 2 smaller (1 or 2 person) interviews. The panels were challenging but fun. I liked meeting my co-workers before anyone made a decision. It also made the decision easier for me.
They were communicative throughout the process
It is run by a very incompetent team that has zero knowledge of the actual roles and will hire based on looks age and gender
We are not trusted by management and directors. Always micromanaged. And promising better work balance while loading us up with more work/responsibilities
