50/50 if the pay wasn’t as good as it is I would be gone in a heart
I love working at Dealer.com. Our new General Manager brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to what he does and you can feel the energy when you walk around. We've been through a couple of acquisitions and those transitions have been tough - but we're getting our mojo back now!
Just a boring desk job. Not bad, not good. The product is not exciting. Seems to be an inflated number of people with "Manager" in their title.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Dealer.com?
Have tools that are accurate and that are reliable. Culture and morale will continue to wane if people don't feel that their work matters. Too often I've worked on an account for hours just to have it wiped by some setting Dev forgot about long ago. Slow down and do it right the first time. Your clients have a choice now and you are not the only player in town. Ddc isnt long for the digital advertising world if they cant get it together.
