What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be explicit with our goals and link them directly to our mission and vision. Currently, there is a disconnect between day-to-day work and our goals.
Respect the people on the front lines. If I were a $ then they would care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions seem to be based on popularity rather than the quality of your work.
Started on a six month temp to hire contract, one year later still waiting for the hire. They are cheap.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn how to read/write/perform basic computer functions

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It is run by a very incompetent team that has zero knowledge of the actual roles and will hire based on looks age and gender
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are not trusted by management and directors. Always micromanaged. And promising better work balance while loading us up with more work/responsibilities
