New Leadership has really made a change - we were struggling for a while there but things are definitely turning around.

Great attitude, get it done mentality, terrific people, we have fun and work hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teammates but almost no one above us
Our cafe is amazing. The food and the people are the best. It's all local and organic and very vegetarian and gluten free etc friendly. mostly the staff feels like they are part of the team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were 2 panel interviews and 2 smaller (1 or 2 person) interviews. The panels were challenging but fun. I liked meeting my co-workers before anyone made a decision. It also made the decision easier for me.
