Dealer Inspire employees answer questions about what life is like behind the scenes at their company, including queries about culture, leadership, professional development, and compensation.
How employees describe working at Dealer Inspire
Pay is abysmal. You will be required to sit through face-palm-worthy, jargon-laden meetings with obnoxiously out-of-touch management. Find a different company.
Willingness to help each other out.
Wonderful culture and work environment. DI allows both autonomy and flexibility. When concerns are raised or ideas are presented, leadership not only listens, they take action. This is the best company I've ever been a part of.
Low pay. Toxic hustle culture & lack of role segmentation. Favoritism runs rampant. Growing fast but hiring not to capacity. Focused too much on bringing in new clients without fixing current staffing/people issues. Cars is happy to spend money on acquisitions but not on staff. Find somewhere else.
There is a disconnect between the departments that handle the workloads and the executives. Employee retention suffers because the focus is improving shareholder compensation, with little care for the actual employees. Those that do the work daily are hard working, to a fault, but are often ignored
