    Confirmed- You have successfully completed a checkout, but we have not shipped or fulfilled the order yet. This is a good time tocapture payment.

    On its way- We havemarked the order as fulfilled or partially fulfilled,and the shipment is in transit.

    Out for delivery- The shipment has arrived in your area and will be delivered soon. For an InStore Pick-up, your order will be ready to pick up 24 hours after receiving this notification.

    Delivered- Your product has been delivered.

    Decathlon is shipping exclusively to the contiguous US addresses during our soft launch in the US.

    We are working tirelessly to open sales to Hawaii and Alaska as soon as possible. Please feel free to subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom right of our homepage to be notified as we expand!

    Rates:

    Shipping rates are determined by your item's size, weight, selected shipping method and delivery address. Individual rates for your order will be calculated and made available during the checkout process, and before final payment.

    For items defined as bulky or oversized, a shipping charge will be added to the order total amount, regardless if the order is greater than $25.00 in value. This chart provides average shipping costs based on weight.However for better service we will calculate the real time shipping cost while checking out.

    Orders placed today before midnight, will be processed tomorrow and usually ship out that same day, by 5 pm.Processing Time:

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing the next business day. Holidays and peak sales times may affect your shipment time frame.

    Time in Transit:

    UPS and Fedex ground shipments should arrive between 3 and 7 business days from the time the product is actually shipped from the warehouse. This is usually 1 business day after the item(s) has been ordered.

    Decathlon offers free shipping for all orders with a subtotal of $25 or more in the contiguous US only*.

    Free In-Store Pickup

    In-Store Pickup is available free of charge at our Bay Area stores.

    Here is how it works:

    At checkout, click on Pickup In Store, then select a store.

    You will be notified by email once the order leaves our warehouse.

    Your order will be at the store within 24 hours maximum.

    You will receive a confirmation email once the order is ready to be picked up.

    In-Store Pickup is free for all products and every combination of products in your order.

    Please bringyour order number, the credit card used to pay online and a valid form of ID to the store for pickup.

    *We are working hard to bring all of our products to the US. Initially, some of our favorite Decathlon products will only be shipped throughout the contiguous US. We can’t wait until we can ship to Hawaii and Alaska and bring the best products to everyone.

    At Decathlon, we stand behind our products, their quality, design, and technicality.

    That said, sometimes, a product is not the right fit, does not feel right, or deliver on your expectations. That is why we offer our "Decathlon Satisfied or Satisfied Guarantee".

    If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, then we will make it ourmissionto identify the right product for you. Your satisfaction is our purpose. If you need help on our products, don't hesitate to contact us or to go to our nearest store: [email protected].

    If no other product works for you, and you remain unsatisfied, then we will gladly accept returns for a replacement product or refunds, within 365 days after purchase. Valid for both in store and online purchases.

    We will not accept returns of products for replacement or refund with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

    Returns of bulk items are subject to a return shipping fee. See below.

    Replacement for a return - Website

    If you wish to return a product that you purchased through our Website, our customer team is here to help. Subject to Satisfied or Satisfied policy you will receive a replacement items or a refund for the purchase price plus any applicable sales taxes, less any non-refundable charge.     Decathlon will cover all shipping costs associated with your return except for items excluded from our return policy (like mountain bikes, basketball hoops, snowboards, surfboards, tents, and other larger / heavier items). Return costs for those items are below:

    Replacement for a return - In Store

    Subject to Satisfied or Satisfied policy, if you return a product that you purchased in-store or on the Website, at any of our store locations, we will gladly help you find the best alternative product or refund you on the spot.

    Incorrect Product

    If an incorrect product was shipped to you, please Contact Us as indicated in the section below to request the correct product. While this is rare, it can happen. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to ship back the incorrect product at our cost and will promptly arrange for shipment of a replacement product.

    Defective or Damaged Products or Gifts

    If a defective or damaged product was shipped to you, please see our Warranty Policy. As per our mission, we will take care of you.

    How to Return a Product or a Gift

    - How to return items to one of our stores

    If you are near San Francisco, feel free to come byour storesand return your product in person. Our staff is able to handle the particulars of your return all at once.

    We are openMonday through Saturday 9AM-8PMandSunday 9AM-7PM.

    - How to return small items by mail

    Follow these five steps:

    1. Visit our Returns page and enter your email address where requested.

    2. You will receive a return authorization email with instructions on how to return your item(s) and get your refund.

    3. Once the details of your return are confirmed, a pre-paid return label will be provided to you.

    4. Using the original shipping packaging when possible, place your item(s) in a shipping bag or a box, and affix the label to the outside.

    5. Drop off your package at any UPS Store or other UPS Ground collection point.

    - How to return items over20 lbs and/or over 5'by mail

    Follow these five steps:

    1. Using the original shipping packaging when possible, pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available.

    2. Include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or store receipt) plus your name, address, email, phone number and member number (if applicable) and a brief description of why you’re returning the item. (No return code required.)

    3. Address your package to:

    4. Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Decathlon is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

    The risk of loss and title for items shipped by you do not pass to us until we receive the items from the carrier.
