What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Often to cover up our lack of competitive pay they will give the employees cake and or pizza
What are some of the best things about your team?The team is small but to make up for the size we all have ample knowledge concerning our jobs
What do you like best about the leadership team?I love the team. They are family friendly and will do everything possible to help you succeed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership has little to no communication, I've been working remotely due to covid however I haven't spoken with my main supervisor in the three years they've been in the position, they have no direction and I'd you do get direction you better pray the instructions are clear.
