They don't have a clue what's happening outside their building. The employees have no incentive to do a good job because they never know if they'll ever get upgraded.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?DTIC employees should be monetarily rewarded and guaranteed an advancement if they work hard and do a good job. With no incentive, they lose interest and lack motivation.
