    The management team at DTIC is awful. They don't Interact with the Scientists & Engineers. They only interact among themselves. They don't have a clue what's happening outside their building. The employees have no incentive to do a good job because they never know if they'll ever get upgraded.

    DTIC employees should be monetarily rewarded and guaranteed an advancement if they work hard and do a good job. With no incentive, they lose interest and lack motivation.

    DTIC management should Interact with the scientists and engineers and allow them to visit the facility if they need help.
