What are some of the best things about your team?Some are hard working with hope for advancement. Others are tired of being treated poorly by uncaring and thoughtless managers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The management team at DTIC is awful. They don't Interact with the Scientists & Engineers. They only interact among themselves. They don't have a clue what's happening outside their building. The employees have no incentive to do a good job because they never know if they'll ever get upgraded.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?DTIC employees should be monetarily rewarded and guaranteed an advancement if they work hard and do a good job. With no incentive, they lose interest and lack motivation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?DTIC management should Interact with the scientists and engineers and allow them to visit the facility if they need help.
