The leaders need to understand that parents cannot work 24x7 and need a day off ro spend with their family. It is also unacceptable dor leaders to say that they do not give a {explixit} about someone's child with special needs.

I asked for a day off to take care of my son worh down syndrome and my manager Mack Bastidas said he did not give a {explicit} about my son with special needs although i have worked for 6 days straight and the day i asked off would make it seven days straight. Leadership does not care about family.
Not competitive wages compared to other restaurants in town.
The coworkers really aren’t the issue unless they are favorites of management. They get all the shifts they wan
