What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone works together to get there work done and are so helpfull
The only thing good about Delek was my supervisor was super understanding except when my camera system in my company vehicle was faulty, and it did not record my accident resulting in my termination

Paying attention to their employees
While I was working within the first two months, my company email account was locked and I was unable to use for an entire month
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its very competitive, and it includes equity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raises a 16 year employees only make 75cents above the hiring pay over worked no communication
Following, I would feel better if I was getting a piece of the work that I was doing as some of the equipment I was fixing is worth more than I make in a year also, I had no equipment and was constantly having to go to the hardware store to get more tools or more parts or whatever the case may be
I will feel better once a week about my compensation if I had received a bonus for the 130 hours that I put in in a matter of two weeks for two months in a row

Were all friends and get along
A great diverse and collaborative team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay better tools, more benefits
More employees so there is not elderly, trying to make a living. Also making it easy for the elderly that are working.

The manager listens and understands when you explain things

My supervisor was really awesome with the workload that I received after the interview and starting work was overwhelming also underpaid

Start off with somebody who actually knows how to interview
