Love it, but the compensation really makes me think twice about staying for more than a few years.
To be successful you have to play the game. It's not enough to just do a good job or go above and beyond in your role.
Very nice vibe, cool organizational culture, good perks and benefits, nice colleagues, flexible work schedule, sick days, nice projects, quite promotion opportunities. Not perfect, but overall, the best job I had so far.
People are kind, pay is crap.
Salaries are not competitive for technical people.
