I think that I am underpaid comparing to what other companies at the market are offering.
Transparency in pay ranges by level would help and eliminate assumptions.
Increase it to at least the government standards than I'd be happy.

People in lower positions are generally extermly welcoming, i would say its one lf the only good things about this company. However you will have no time to do things outside of work ith them since all you have time for is work.

The interviewer i was assigned was very good and was soon to be manager. Being interviewed by an "employee" is great because you get a feel for what the position will be like.
