What do you like best about the leadership team?
our team have various capability and experience

They listen to us and keep the company culture really healthy. You want to work there
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not abusing their employees, treat them like human beings, remember that they have a life outside of work. Don't get mad at them if they need to lesve work at 8 pm to go eat dinner.
Everything.. Better work life balance.. It's not normal for employees to work 60-70 hours per week for peanuts or for a " great learning opportunity"
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary ranges across all levels, annual raises and performance bonuses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay industry type salaries for the roles we do
I think that I am underpaid comparing to what other companies at the market are offering.
Transparency in pay ranges by level would help and eliminate assumptions.
Increase it to at least the government standards than I'd be happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are generally nicr and motivated
People in lower positions are generally extermly welcoming, i would say its one lf the only good things about this company. However you will have no time to do things outside of work ith them since all you have time for is work.

Better work life balance and better pay

I like that the people generally try to help each other. Just have to vet that

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer i was assigned was very good and was soon to be manager. Being interviewed by an "employee" is great because you get a feel for what the position will be like.
Speed process, few steps, NO test, honest, transparent

Personally, I had a single interview with my future senior manager and manager. They were really relaxed and wanted to see what i could deliver to the team.
