This is the wordt company I've ever worked at. Society and the company itself sells you Deloitte like "its hard work but it pays off" but in reality it never pays off. You work minimum 50-60 hours a week, superiors are abusive to their employees, no work life balance, not enough pay for the hours
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer i was assigned was very good and was soon to be manager. Being interviewed by an "employee" is great because you get a feel for what the position will be like.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not abusing their employees, treat them like human beings, remember that they have a life outside of work. Don't get mad at them if they need to lesve work at 8 pm to go eat dinner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People in lower positions are generally extermly welcoming, i would say its one lf the only good things about this company. However you will have no time to do things outside of work ith them since all you have time for is work.
