They listen to us and keep the company culture really healthy. You want to work there

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not abusing their employees, treat them like human beings, remember that they have a life outside of work. Don't get mad at them if they need to lesve work at 8 pm to go eat dinner.

Everything.. Better work life balance.. It's not normal for employees to work 60-70 hours per week for peanuts or for a " great learning opportunity"
