What do you like best about the leadership team?They are very open to new ideas, and for you to respectfully give your opinion. They lead without ego, and are happy to be criticised in a constructive way.
What are some of the best things about your team?They are creative, and work without ego. They are very good at balancing their social and work lives, and take interest in you as a person outside of the workplace. Overall, they are extremely kind and I respect each and every one of them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?In addition to my base pay, I receive a stipend for health and fitness, and options in the company which allow me to be invested in the future successes of the company.
