
Don't put up a post for a position just to make it look good on paper when you already know who you are going to hire.
I have been working at the same site for al.ost 12 years and I get paid 24 cents more then a new hire. I have never been written up and have always done my job.
Actually doing their job instead of just making sure they themselves are OK. Talk to employees instead of just telling one person of something changed. Treat people equally instead of promoting your favorite even though they are no qualified for the job.
We don't have meetings. Most of the employees do what they want how they want and get rewarded because management likes them. The employees that actually follow the rules and don't use friendships as a way to get promoted or get a family member a job are always given a hard time.
