They need additional training in their area, better communication, and better work ethic

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication with all employees, especially direct reports. Creating attainable goals and understanding the work process

It seemed clear and straight forward. It started with a phone interview, then a practical, finished with an in person interview

There to be manager who actually care about their employees, building a desire for employees to want to improve and build their portfolios

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With my amount of experience I am not paid fairly, if we were offered better healthcare at a lower cost, it wouldn't be as bad

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lack of motivation on the team, lack of clear direction and goals, low pay, bad healthcare plan, improve all of these and you would improve retention and the need to hire new employees would decrease
