my overall experience is good
DentaQuest denied my claim to get my wisdom teeth pulled. To paraphrase the denial letter, I "need to be in severe pain before they'll cover the extraction." In other words, they won't pay to remove the wisdom teeth that are actively crowding my teeth and causing infections without "severe pain."
Having a real phone number with actual humans who work there would help
