Gordon Ng — Head of Corporate Finance & Capital Markets for Asia and Partner at Dentons

Mr. Gordon Ng has been a Partner and Head of Corporate Finance & Capital Markets for Asia at Dentons since July 1, 2013. Mr. Ng joined Dentons from O'Melveny & Myers. He was a Principal and Managing Partner of the Hong Kong Office at Hogan & Hartson LLP. His practice focused on corporate and securities matters, including initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. He advised clients on a wide range of matters related to listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and in regulatory and compliance matters related to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and other regulatory entities. He also has extensive experience advising clients on international mergers and acquisitions and corporate investments in Hong Kong and China. Previously, he served as Head of the Hong Kong corporate and capital markets practice group with another international law firm in Hong Kong. He is an experienced lecturer and has spoken on a variety of international corporate legal matters. He was a Partner at Sidley Austin LLP. Mr. Ng served as a Partner of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood and CMS Cameron Mckenna. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Mainland Headwear Holdings Ltd. since September 1, 2014. He has been an Independent Non-executive Director of China Energine International Holdings Limited (Formerly Casil Telecommunications Holdings Ltd.) since January 23, 2008. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Mainland Headwear Holdings Limited until November 2004 and APAC Resources Limited (Formerly Shanghai Merchants Holdings Limited) from April 2002 to June 18, 2003. He was qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1993 and Hong Kong in 1994. He studied Law Society Final from The College of Law, London in 1991. He holds M.S.C. from University of London in 1988 and B.S.C. from University of London in 1987.
