Mr. Jeremy Cohen has been UK, Middle East & Africa Chief Executive Officer of Dentons US LLP since March 11, 2015 and serves as its London Corporate Partner. Mr. Cohen has been UK, Middle East and Africa Chief Executive Officer at Dentons since March 2015. He is responsibility for the UKMEA region as well as being a member of Dentons' global board and global management committee. He has been Partner of Dentons since 2000. He is a Partner at SNR Denton UK LLP. Mr. Cohen has extensive experience in particular in relation to public company transactions including IPOs, equity fund raisings, takeovers, mergers and demergers but has also worked extensively on private M&A transactions including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, private fundraisings and corporate restructurings. He is rated by the legal directory Chambers as a leader in the field for M&A work and a recent edition of the directory notes that he truly adds value to a deal. He has been on the UKMEA regional board since 2011, and on the regional management committee since its formation in 2014. Mr. Cohen attended The College of Law in 1991 and Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University in 1988.
