Mr. Martin Mankabady serves as a Partner at Mayer Brown LLP, Dentons and Mayer Brown International LLP. Mr. Mankabady was a Partner at Lawrence Graham LLP. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (both private and public), joint ventures and corporate finance, principally in the insurance and financial services sectors. He also advises on general company law, commercial and regulatory matters. In addition, he has a growing Scandinavian practice (principally focused on Denmark and Sweden). He has advised on a number of complex, high profile transactions, often with a cross- border element that is enhanced by his language capabilities (fluent in Danish, conversant in French and German). He also offers guidance on the provision of insurance, the establishment and structuring of start-up operations, and the restructuring of existing operations within the UK. Mr. Mankabady attended The College of Law, Guildford, Law Society Finals from 1990 to 1991 and BA (Hons) and MA in Jurisprudence from St. Anne's College, Oxford University from 1987 to 1990.
