- What did you like most about the interview process?I met with 4 employees from Desalitech including the CEO, Nadav - It was a 4 hour diligent interview. Nadav's passion for Desalitech was truly inspiring!
- What makes you most happy at work?Culutre- Autonomy in my role - Knowing I am getting compensated fairly.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We are a small company so we really have a family culture here. There is complete transparency from the top all the way down the ladder. Definitely a breathe of fresh air compared to my last work place which was equally as small but had a "high school cliquey" type culture.
