I never knew there was a company that was so cool to its people. People are usually in shock for the first couple of weeks working at Design Pickle, because it is unlike anywhere else. From top to bottom, everyone is respected, friendly, and is heard.

Everyone is a professional in their field. No nonsense or dramatic egos. Everyone works as a team to reach a collective goal. We help improve each other to be better.
