Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The base salaries of all non-management employees were significantly below market.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There wasn't much diversity in the executive team or the Board. The CEO should practice what she preaches.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My coworkers maintained a positive attitude throughout the day. We went for lunch or coffee whenever there was a chance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Products and services are very outdated and overpriced. Not all clients are renewing contracts so there's a constant pressure to upsell or get new ones.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I was fortunate that my team was collaborative and easy to work with. We all tried to help each other every day. It was also easy to connect and solve things together when there was a problem.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The interview process for full-time roles is too long: they typically do 3-4 rounds of interviews, give you a take-home exercise, and send you an online assessment. If it's a higher role, you may be asked to do a full-day simulation on site.
