The pay, paid time off, and bonus

Health insurance seems to be pretty competitive for the area I live in

Because of positive performance, bonus payments are very attractive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company is active in purchasing other companies. They have grown too fast for the structure to be integrated. We are asked to do more due to others leaving. Pay is only a part of compensation.

The cost of living is going up, but my pay is staying the same

Been there for a long time and I know for a fact new hires that do the same get paid more

Management is CHEAP and they don't care about their people, any more than it takes to replace you.
