What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our president is very gifted. He does not separate himself from us, as many in other companies do.
Empathetic, pleasant, prifessionally courteous, and eager to connect with employees
Management, leading all the way up to our CEO, is fantastic. They are willing to go the extra mile for us and we give them the same in return.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical is pretty good.
A great wage and very good benefits.
The health care we get is really great. But that's the only reason why i haven't left this company.

Ease of getting assistance from supervisors
Free coffee. Not frowned upon for taking a mental brain brake here and there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
oh they tell you lost of things that make the job sound great. but then once you are in the job, it not so great.
Got to speak--process was all on phone--with a wide variety of professionals.
What makes you most happy at work?
In my mind, happiness is rarely associated with work.
Job security. Having two days off in a row... I come from a background of commission having to work 6-days a week.
