Mr. Joshua A. Mills has been a Senior Vice President of Digital Realty Trust Inc. General Partner of Digital Realty Trust, L.P. since December 2010 and has been its General Counsel since April 2005 and has been Secretary since February 2015. Mr. Mills served as an Assistant Secretary of Digital Realty Trust Inc., General Partner of Digital Realty Trust, L.P. since December 2010. He joined Digital Realty Trust in April 2005. Mr. Mills was a corporate attorney with Latham & Watkins LLP where his practice included mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and venture capital financing transactions as well as general company representation. Mr. Mills served as Associate General Counsel for McAfee.com Corporation and as an associate with Shearman & Sterling, LLP. Mr. Mills received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
