- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?More transparency. The whole process is very opaque and questions are not encouraged, even though it becomes clearer after some pressing that there are salary bands. More equality as well. Dimensional treats some people like superstars and ignores others, even when their contributions are similar.
